center-reston-lobby-lgOffice in a virtual world, means getting my phones answered or forwarded to my mobile, voicemail, email voice mail messages, meeting space, office support and nine beautiful facilities throughout Washington DC area.

Here in Washington DC, there are a multitude of officing choices and phone answering services but this one is a step above the rest. I like Preferred Offices, because I’ve used there services since they launched over six years ago, they always operate in a professional manner and are ‘biz’ laid back - in a good way. The program is called - virtual office or PreferredVirtual and here’s a taste of what they have to say about the program, link through to see a complete list of services.

Large businesses today are often faced with what to do with their remote sales teams operating out of home offices, while home-based businesses are seeking to achieve the look and feel of a larger corporation. Preferred Offices understands that both types of businesses may periodically require private offices, meeting rooms and support services to help grow their business.

When designing its Virtual Office Programs, Preferred Offices keeps in mind that regardless of size or stage, businesses require maximum flexibility that is limited not only to contract terms, but includes scheduling of hours, “a la carte” service options, and a variety of locations and types of rooms in which to meet. Here are just a few distinguishing characteristics that set us apart.

center-reston-lounge-lgI personally use the virtual office choice because it provides me flexibility and convenience to have a meeting in any of there nine locations. The best thing about Preferred Offices is that each of there facilities operate in a seamless fashion and in the background - way in the background. You ask, what does in the background mean? Well, it means that they don’t appear as an suite operator, real estate company, they just appear as my office, no logos or corporate imagery. I’m not trying to fool people but having a professional image is important to anybody, out operating, developing and growing a business in todays competitive environment.

Give them a call for a tour, Everyone I’ve met there is awesome and not pushy. They show you the product, explain and give you the options. How could you ask for more!
